The Jamaica Ex Service Men and Women Foundation Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting communities and empowering individuals through service and compassion. Registered as a 501(c)(3) entity in the state of Pennsylvania and recognized as a tax-exempt organization in Jamaica, WI, our mission is rooted in making a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.

Founder and President

Stafford was born in Kingston, Jamaica, where he began his education at Marcus Garvey Basic School in Greenwich Town and later attended Excelsior High School on Mountain View Avenue. At 18, he enlisted in the Jamaica Defence Force, dedicating 18 years to safeguarding Jamaica’s waters and airspace while providing military service to the civil authorities. After retiring from the JDF, He migrated to the United States and pursued further education, earning an Associate degree in Air Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Technology from the Technical Career Institute (TCI). Over the years, he also attained a Home Base Business certification from York College, a Certificate of Professional Development from Lesley University, an undergraduate certificate in Cisco Networking Fundamentals from Phoenix University, and a Certificate from the Regional Lions Leadership Institute.

 

 

In reconition for his continued efforts to make a change, he was awarded a trophy and certificate by the State of Delaware in 2024.

He was also honored for his continued service by the Lawman Lynch Foundation.
